The Chapel

Over a century old and overlooking the township of Marburg, the chapel is the newest addition to the estate. Recently restored to its original splendour, the chapel encompasses old world charm and seats up to 65 guests.

Built in 1881 in Rosewood Scrub (now known as Two Tree Hill, Tallegalla), this quaint chapel serviced the small community of German settlers. In 2006, the chapel was relocated to Woodlands where it has been given a new breath of life and will remain servicing the Marburg community and guests of Woodlands for at least another century.

Garden Ceremonies

Woodlands of Marburg’s numerous gardens and lawns provide the perfect backdrop for your open air ceremony. Choose from the open-aired grotto with serene rock altar, veranda of the Mansion or Bunya Pine garden with views over the Marburg Ranges.

Each area has ample seating and standing space with spectacular vistas over the property and vineyard, making them ideal for photos.

Reception rooms

We have four stunningly appointed reception facilities that cater for up to 350 guests.

Alternatively, for those wanting something more unique, we are able to tailor design a reception space to suit your dreams in any of our outdoor garden areas.
