TOMMY SMITH CAFE

NOW OPEN WEDNESDAY- SUNDAY 8.30AM- 3.30PM.

Introducing the ‘Tommy Smith Cafe‘ at Woodlands of Marburg. Our brand new fully licensed cafe is a tribute to the original owner of the Woodlands estate Thomas L. Smith, who built the grand bohemian styled Woodland’s mansion back in 1889. The cafe itself which overlooks the Marburg valley was originally a prayer room for the monks at the old St. Vincent’s Seminary (1944- 1986). Breakfasts are available daily, and the cafe prides itself on it’s own signature Tommy Smith Gourmet Pie Range- with choices that include Venison & Blueberry, Quail & Veggie, and a Curry Chicken to name but a few.

The cafe decor is fitted out with antique furniture supplied by Scotland Yard Antiques in Marburgso essentially, the chair you are sitting on, and the table you are eating at- are for sale! So every time you come to the Tommy Smith Cafe, you are assured a different experience. Come in and experience the wonder of Woodlands of Marburg, and revel in it’s colorful and vibrant 129 year history which has been such an important part in the development of this region of South East Queensland.
